Jamie is a 6-12 certified mathematics and biology teacher with 20+ years of experience having taught elementary, middle, high school and college. Passionate about helping students make meaningful connections to math and science, Jamie has taught many subjects, including algebra, algebra 2, math for college algebra, biology, and AP Biology. Jamie holds a B.A. in Biology and a Master's in Genetics.  In addition to connecting with students in the classroom, Jamie is a former track and cross country coach and when he’s not in school you are likely to find him out running or working in the yard.
