Kelsey Sauers

Kelsey Sauers is a medical student and experienced educator who enjoys helping students build confidence in math and science.
She graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with Highest Honors, earning a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience with a minor in Health & Medical Sciences, and is currently pursuing her Medical Doctor degree with plans to pursue a pediatric residency training program.
Before medical school, Kelsey taught high school Algebra full-time, working with students of a wide range of learning styles and academic levels. She focuses on helping students truly understand material, develop study skills, and become more independent learners.
She also has several years of experience working with children and teenagers, including long-term babysitting, virtual learning support during COVID, and ongoing tutoring and mentoring while in medical school.
Her teaching style is patient, structured, and encouraging, and focused on building rapport with her students. She aims for every student to leave sessions feeling more confident and capable.
