Ms. Lena Steele has been passionate about mathematics and education since beginning her teaching career in 1999. A graduate of Laurel Hill School and the University of West Florida, she has spent more than two decades helping students succeed in math. While she enjoys teaching all levels, her favorite subjects are Geometry, Algebra II, and Precalculus. Ms. Steele loves working with students and is passionate about building confidence, strengthening problem-solving skills, and helping students develop a genuine love for mathematics.

Outside the classroom, Ms. Steele enjoys creating art, listening to music, and spending time with her family. She is the proud mother of two daughters—one who is currently in college and another who is a first-grade teacher. She looks forward to helping each student reach their full potential and discover that they are capable of success in math.
